RTP (Ready to Paint) Program

Same Craft. Shorter Wait.

RTP is our way of making Scarab frames more accessible, without changing how we build them. Each model in this program is crafted using the same materials, process, and care as our custom frames. Fabricated, welded and painted in our El Retiro workshop.

What’s different is the path. These bikes come in a set of stock geometries and preset paint schemes, allowing us to deliver frames in 4 weeks and complete builds in 6.

This isn’t a second tier option. It’s simply a faster one.

Available Paint Options

Each RTP frame comes finished in one of our preset paint schemes. These options are designed to reflect the personality of each model and the richness of Colombian color. Customers select their scheme from a curated palette specific to each tier, choosing from a range of seasonal colors or layouts. Schemes will evolve over time, allowing us to explore new tones, moods, and inspirations while keeping the process simple for the rider.

All paint is applied in our own finishing studio, with the same attention to detail and craft as our custom bikes.

FAQ

Is the quality different from a custom Scarab?

Not at all. RTP frames are built in the same workshop, with the same materials, tools, and hands as our custom models. The only difference is geometry and the paint process.

Can I choose my geometry?

RTP frames use a refined set of stock geometries. While they’re not custom-fitted, they are based on our experience building for a wide range of riders and riding styles.

How long will it take to receive my bike?

Framesets ship in 4 weeks. Complete builds ship in 6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I customize the paint scheme?

Not fully, but you can choose from preset designs and curated color palettes. Each scheme is carefully developed to reflect the model and season.

Is the paint applied in-house?

Yes. All painting is done by our own team in El Retiro, Colombia, using the same techniques and standards as our custom builds.

Can I upgrade components?

Yes. We offer a range of upgrade options during the order process, including power meters, bottom brackets, and cockpit components.

Do you offer fit support?

Absolutely. If you're unsure about sizing or setup, our team is here to help you select the right frame size and build for your riding style.
