The Journey to Your Scarab

Creating your Scarab is an immersive process—a collaboration between your vision and our craftsmanship. Every bike is built from the ground up, reflecting your riding style, fit, and personal expression.

Step 1: The Journey Begins

A $1,000 deposit secures your place in our production queue and kicks off the design phase. Together, we’ll co-create:

• Geometry, fine-tuned to your fit, handling preferences, and terrain.
• Component selection, ensuring every part enhances your riding experience.
• Paint, turning your bike into a rolling piece of art. Browse our paint catalog.

Step 2: Preparing for Build (Week 6)

By the time your frame is next in line for production, we’ll finalize the details and cost. A 50% payment of the total price is required before we begin crafting your frame. This is when your dream starts taking shape.

Step 3: Handcrafted in Colombia (Weeks 6–11)

Your frame is meticulously built in our Colombian workshop, where steel meets artistry. Standard production takes five weeks, though intricate paint schemes may require additional time.

Step 4: Assembly for Full Builds (Week 12)

If you ordered a complete bike, your frame will first ship to our Miami office for final assembly, which typically takes an extra week before shipping to you.

Step 5: Delivery & Pickup Options

• If you’re in the U.S. and purchasing a full bike, your frame will be assembled in Miami before being shipped. U.S. shipping for complete bikes is around $220.
• For framesets, shipping is directly from Colombia and included in the final price for US, Canada and Mexico. If you are outside of these markets, we will calculate the extra. Europe is usually +$75, Asia is +$200 up-charge.
• For full bikes outside the U.S., we coordinate the best shipping option—either from the U.S. or directly from Colombia.
• Factory pickups are always welcome! We love handing over your Scarab in person at our workshop in Colombia.
