Designed, Built, and Tested in Colombia
Colombia’s wild landscapes demand a bike that is as tough as the terrain itself. From dense jungles and river crossings to high-altitude páramos, the Darien has been tested where adventure knows no limits. This hardtail MTB is designed to handle it all—steep climbs, technical descents, and everything in between. Handcrafted in El Retiro, Colombia, each frame is built to thrive in the most challenging conditions, ensuring that wherever the trail takes you, the Darien will rise to the occasion.

The Darien’s geometry is fine-tuned to lead the pack on cross-country rides with its agile handling. Every Darien is custom-built for its rider with geometries optimized around 100-130mm fork travel. With clearance for 29” x 2.6 -wide tires, it is an ideal companion for tackling technical terrain and navigating through diverse landscapes.

Is there anything more personal than paint? We thought so. Colombia has given us incredible inspiration for each of our bikes, and we are ready to help you co-design them.

Darién Notes and Specs
Built to withstand the harshest conditions, the Scarab Darien is built by hand in our shop in Colombia ensuring the highest quality construction possible. With a robust design and using top of the line steels. The frame offers exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, impact resistance, and longevity, making them ideal for any adventure. Our precise tubing selections, tailored to each rider are intended to offer comfort on long days in the saddle.

- Fork: RockShox SID

- Cable Routing: External Full housing cable routing. Clips can be removed to add or remove brake, shifters, and dropper post lines as needed.
What is Included with the frameset?
- Frame: Your frame with the geometry and paintjob selected
- Fork: fork matching the selected variant with an un-cut steerer and matching paintjob
- Headset: Matching headset to the selected variant.
- Seatpost Clamp: 28.6mm Wolf tooth seatpost clamp
- Front and rear Axles: all framesets are supplied with front and rear Thru-Axles
- Touch-up Paint: Every frameset comes with a small set of touchup paint and framesaver.
