Scarab Cycles is proud to introduce the Composite Damping System (CDS) as a variant available across most of its lineup. The CDS project replaces the traditional steel seat tube with an integrated carbon seat mast, offering riders enhanced comfort and a more modern aesthetic.
The carbon seat mast provides superior vertical damping properties compared to the traditional seat tube and seatpost configuration, delivering extra comfort and efficiency. This upgrade complements our quest to tailor every Scarab bicycle for the best ride quality possible, offering a slightly different experience compared to steel.
